On 28th April 2020, the Dubai Financial Market PJSC launched the region's first central counterparty (CCP) company for equities, Dubai Clear LLC (Dubai Clear), as part of its post-trade reorganization plan separating clearing and securities settlement from the exchange services of listing and trading of securities, placing risk management and compliance at the core of the organizational structure.
