Dubai Clear LLC (Dubai Clear) is the company setup by the DFM Company to operate its central counterparty (CCP) business for securities clearing and settlement. Dubai Clear commenced operation in 2020 as a licensed CCP under the Securities and Commodities Authority of the United Arab Emirates' Board of Directors’ Decision No. (22 / R.M) of 2016 Concerning the Regulation of the Central Clearing Party (CCP).
